methods of payment, I now only accept commission requests via my Ko-fi page, which uses PayPal to process payments. You can find a link to my Ko-fi in the upper right-hand side of this page. This is mainly just to consolidate things and make it easier on me, but if you are unable to use PayPal for any reason, feel free to reach out to me via email and I will be more than happy to work something out.

terms

turnaround ; Turnaround time for sketches & lined pieces is about 2 weeks, colored pieces and complex drawings have a turnaround time between 3-5 weeks. This is an estimate only, and I very often finish commissions sooner than that, but I do work a full time day job outside of art, so this is just to give a realistic expectation of when you can expect to see a finished piece delivered. Work begins only after I have received full payment through my Ko-fi.refund policy ; I do not do refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances on my end that prevent me from fulfilling the commission.

process

revisions ; Once I've received your payment, I will begin work on your piece. A sketch will be sent to you for review before rendering starts so that we can work out any inconsistencies and issues ahead of the process. I will allow one revision after the sketch review process has concluded, such as color changes and minor details, but major changes such as posing, expressions, and designs are final in this stage.
